The bearer of a great big thwacking, clunking garage bassline that sounds like a sledge-hammer pelting the hollow skull of a Slipknot fan (rejoice!), Mia's scintillating 'Sunshowers' is a minimalist slice of infectious urban with a distinctly Indian-ish twist and our femme's own sultry, rough-as-sandpaper vocal squawks.
Holy water, it's even good enough to allow us to forgive the gibberish lyrics. 'I bongo with my lingo/Beat it like a wing yo/From congo to colombo/Can't stereo-type my thing yo'... Like, what?
