No, not really. The umpteenth single lifted from their classy debut 'Get Born' album sees the boys bludgeon their way through yet more righteous, Stonesy boogie and boasts of 'drinking all night and talking shit all day.' The unsophisticated abandon with which Jet go about their work is endearing, yes - but really chaps, surely it's time to give that poor old battered vinyl copy of 'Exile On Main Street' a breather now, eh? At least until the next record.
