Bjork - 'Triumph Of A Heart' (One Little Indian)

Save for the quite hilarious wheezing of certain components of the vocal chorus (the whole tune's backing is comprised of cautiously sampled human voices, no less), Bjork's 'Triumph Of A Heart' is a typically rather intense showcasing of Iceland's most prized, precious export; meandering, romantic, minimalist yet gripping.
This time, her trademark melodic slant that few (can) delve into contorts and enchants in Bjork's child-like inflections, while a pummelling plethora of hearty breaths, yelps and baritone splutters provides the bracing backdrop. As compelling and belligerent as it gets - and a complete headf**k when indulged on the headphones.
