The KBC - Test The Water (High Voltage)

The KBC return with a pre-cursor to their forthcoming debut album due for release in January, and as has become the norm for Preston's finest, it's another gloriously urgent number.
It begins with an intro catchier than Malaria, before progressing into their trademark jet-powered indie that when played in clubs often causes health and safety concerns as hoards of polka-dot clad and floppy fringed fashionistas find themselves propelled to jump around like lunatics (try saying that without taking a breath!).
With this single, The KBC are more than justifying their growing reputation, and on this evidence the album is likely to be something resembling awesome. However, when (when, not if) you buy it, just spare a thought for all the poor indie kids that are going to be injured as a result of this fiercely good tune.
