Twisted Charm - Boring Lifestyles (Because)

One of the latest bands to be causing a stir in the more 'hip' areas of the capital (note - we do not mean Holloway), Twisted Charm follow up their excellent debut single 'The London Scene' with another slab of cynical snarl.
Where as the brunt of their angst in the aforementioned effort was aimed at the hipsters of London town, this time around they're having a pop at the soulless 9 to 5-ers. The 'boring lifestyles' depicted in this song include those that leave school and find a job, the families that visit the beach on bank holidays, those that make new years resolutions... essentially the lifestyles of 99% of the British public. And whilst it may not be the most fulfilling existence, indeed, ask any of the people referred to in this song if they'd rather be a rock star than a loan manager and few would decline, at the end of the day people have got to pay the bills.
Thing is, we can't all go gallivanting around playing ace songs like this, but boy would we love to.
