A second, self-released mini-album of summery indie-pop from the British South Coast boys with the American West Coast hearts.
Jaunty, eminently whistleable opener 'Someone Likes You' invokes Dodgy in their pomp; the luscious 'Sunset View' is just perfect for the recent British heatwave, whilst the glowing 'Gather Round' and 'Hope from the Lonely Sea' recall 'Green'-era R.E.M.
With a full album due out early next year, 'The Summer Sun Still Echoes' is an apt seasonal taster from possibly one of the UK's most promising new acts.
