Duels return with 'Regeneration'; their first single from new album The Barbarians Move In.
It's all quivering vocals and crunchy, proggy guitars, laid over irresistibly head-nodding drums. Sounding like the start of a war march, or some kind of pagan ritual, it also treats us to lighter-in-the-air harmonies with what sounds like a choir of angelic children 'ah-ing' in the rock-haze of the background.
With 'Regeneration', Duels show how to take the word 'juxtaposition' by the horns.
