The vocals of Adele and Scott harmonise nicely with their "oooh" and "aaah" sounds sung back and forth like a modern day mating call. Adele's feisty style of singing entices the listener with her upbeat chic before the chorus rips through with the catchy "yeeeaaah" belting out while the guitars kick into overdrive, creating the type of beat where girls can swing their hair back and forth and guys enthusiastically nod in approval.
It's the simplicity and high spirited vocals that give 'This Gift' its flair, and its sure to be played throughout this summer at anywhere looking for a hint of coolness.
