My boyfriend has recently been playing me little songs on his ukulele and I’ve become quite a fan of the light and summery, and very adorable sound of it all. What’s not to love? It’s soft and it’s sweet, and it’s pretty.
Dent May, a pop musician from Oxford, Mississippi, is something of a pro. He’s well known for being diverse and surprising and entertaining, and this single is no exception. Although it’s annoyingly catchy, and the song will probably stay in my head for days now, I like the silliness of it – the subtle way it hypnotizes my impressionable mind, on those lingering summer days.
